At ReMuve Laser Centre, we aim to provide high-quality treatments and a seamless client experience. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing any services or packages:


1. No Refunds on Deposits or Purchases

  • Deposits, individual treatments, packages, gift cards, and sale purchases are non-refundable.

  • All payments are considered final. Purchases and packages may be transferred to other clients who are eligible for the treatment (consultation required prior to transfer of balance to confirm eligibility).


2. Transferable and Non-Expiring Purchases

  • All purchases, including packages and gift cards, are fully transferable.

  • Purchases do not expire, ensuring flexibility for your treatments.


3. Medical Exceptions

  • Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be considered for medical reasons only.

  • Valid medical documentation may be requested.


4. Case-by-Case Consideration

  • All requests for exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Final decisions are made at the sole discretion of ReMuve Laser Centre’s management team.
